भारत: बाह्य सुरक्षा की चुनौतियां

1. बाह्य सुरक्षा क्या है बाह्य सुरक्षा का अर्थ किसी देश राष्ट्र‚ एक राज्य या एक राष्ट्र-राज्य को उसकी पहचान‚ अर्थव्यवस्था या उसके अंगों‚ स्थिरता‚ सीमाओं‚ जनसंख्या और विशेष रूप से लोगों की भावनाओं‚ उनके मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के साथ सामाजिक और तकनीकी और औद्योगिक ढांचे को उत्पन्न खतरे से है। ऐसा खतरा उत्पन्न हो सकता है जिसे नकारा नहीं जा सकता और वास्तविक है जबकि उसका हल वास्तविकता में बदलता नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है। एक देश अपनी बाह्य सुरक्षा को लेकर हमेशा खतरे की स्थिति में रहता है और वह इस खतरे को कूटनीति‚ गठबंधन‚ भूरणनीतियों आदि से नकारने की निरंतर प्रक्रिया में लगा रहता है। 2. भारत की बाह्य सुरक्षा की चुनौतियां भारत जिन बाह्य खतरों का सामना कर रहा है‚ उसमें हल्के खतरे शामिल हैं जो प्रभावित करते हैं (a) लोगों की दिमागी सोच को‚ जैसे एक औपनिवेशिक सोच और अपनी स्वयं की पहचान खोने के प्रति अजागरुक। (b) लोगों का शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य (c) देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को खतरा जैसे उसे निरंतर नुकसान पहुंचाना‚ उसके बाजार को निगलकर और जाली मुद्रा का प्रचलन बढ़ाकर या अन्य उपायों द्वारा। (d)
